This warranty is strictly and solely in relation to StatCap branded hardware products contained in its original packaging. In the event that you choose to make a warranty claim via the authorized reseller that had sold you the product, you must consult your reseller as to any of their own terms and policies.

1. StatCap warrants that Statcap Products shall be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year (“Warranty Period”) from the date of purchase of the StatCap Products by the end-customer subject to the following terms and conditions.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]2. This Warranty strictly and solely applies to defects that affect the functionality of the StatCap Products and does not apply to:-

    • Consumable parts that are designed to diminish over time such as, but not so limited to, batteries and protective coatings UNLESS such failure have occurred due to defects in material and/or workmanship;
    • Cosmetic damage including, but not so limited to, dents, scratches, bumps and chips.
    • Defects caused by normal wear and tear and/or normal aging of the StatCap Products;
    • Defects caused by use of the StatCap Products with another product;
    • Defects caused by the abuse, mishandling and/or negligence in the handling of the StatCap Products UNLESS such abuse, mishandling and/or negligence is caused by StatCap’s authorized representatives;
    • Defects caused by operating the StatCap Products outside of StatCap ’s authorized and published guidelines, manuals and/or instructions;
    • StatCap Products that have been modified, tampered and/or anyhow altered without the express and written authorization and consent of StatCap;
    • StatCap Products to which its identification and/or serial number has been removed or defaced; and
    • Defects caused by the servicing of the StatCap Products by persons and/or bodies who are not authorized by StatCap .

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]3. Where a breach of this Warranty has occurred, you may make a warranty claim by:-

    • Submitting a warranty claim for StatCap’s approval via the StatCap website at www.teamstatcap.com whereby a Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be generated. You will need to print out the RMA Slip and include it together with your shipment. The RMA can be generated through the following steps:-
      • Log on to the StatCap Website;
      • Select “Warranty Claim” under the “Contact Us” tab;
      • Fill in the necessary information and click the “Submit” button;
      • Upon confirmation by StatCap an RMA Number will be provided via e-mail within two (2) working days for reference in all communications with StatCap; and
      • Print out the RMA Slip and include it in your shipment to StatCap.
    • Once a warranty claim submitted to StatCap has been approved, you must then deliver and/or ship the StatCap Product(s) at concerned to StatCap’s repair service department at your own cost and risk within ten (10) days from the date you are informed of StatCap’s approval for the said warranty claim. If in the event you are unable to comply with the above timeline, you are required to re-generate a new RMA and obtain a new approval from StatCap.
    • The warranty service is provided only after the StatCap Product(s) has been released from the customer’s StatCap account. In the event that the StatCap Product(s) is returned without being released from the StatCap account, StatCap may request further particulars and information prior to providing the warranty service to ensure the ownership of the StatCap Product(s).
    • Where StatCap exercises the option to repair or replace the StatCap Product(s) concerned, StatCap will deliver or ship such repaired or replaced StatCap Product(s) to you at StatCap’s own cost.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]4. Where a breach of this Warranty has occurred, StatCap shall at its sole discretion do any of the following:-

    • Repair the StatCap Product(s) concerned;
    • Replace the StatCap Product(s) concerned; or
    • Refund the purchase price of the StatCap Product(s) concerned.

Where StatCap has dealt with a warranty claim as per Clause (d) above, you fully understand and agree that any or all data, software, contents, media and/or information contained or stored in the StatCap Products may be deleted and/or re-formatted. You understand and agree that StatCap is not responsible for any loss of such data, software, contents, media and/or information.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]6. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other remedies that you may be entitled to. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and unless otherwise expressly provided for by this Warranty, StatCap hereby disclaims all statutory and implied warranties including, but not so limited to, warranties in relation to merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for any particular purpose, quiet enjoyment as well as all other conditions and warranties whatsoever and howsoever arising, whether express or implied and whether by any applicable statutory law, by-laws, regulations or otherwise in relation to the StatCap Products.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]7. The obligations to perform this Warranty may be fully assigned and/or transferred by StatCap to any third party without your consent.
This warranty may be translated in different languages for the purposes of local requirements in different jurisdictions. In the event that there is any differences, discrepancy and/or dispute between the English version and Non-English version of this warranty, the English version of this warranty shall prevail.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
